INDIANAPOLIS---The NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Subcommittee has selected the 27 teams that will participate in the NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Championships.
The teams will play a single-elimination tournament with the first and second rounds played at non-predetermined regional sites. The quarterfinal, semifinal and final rounds will be played at Bates College. Finals competition will also be held at Bates, May 12-17.
The selection of teams for the championships is based on won-lost record, strength of schedule and eligibility and availability of student-athletes.
The subcommittee selected teams from the following regions:
- Atlantic South - Seven teams
- Central - Eight teams
- Northeast - Seven teams
- West - Five teams
The selection committee considered team results in collegiate match play from September 7, 2003, until the time of final selections.

In a rematch of the 2002 championship, Emory University defeated Williams College 4-0 to claim their first team final in 2003.
