NCAA March Madness on Demand Brings CSTV, The Leader in College Sports Media, Together With the Leader in Network Sports, CBS Sports
NEW YORK, January 27, 2005 - CSTV: College Sports Television (www.cstv.com) has secured a multi-year agreement with CBS SportsLine.com and the NCAA for the exclusive video streaming rights for out of market game coverage of the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship beginning with the upcoming 2005 tournament. Fans will be able to watch the live CBS Sports NCAA Tournament broadcasts from outside their area on their computers, following the action as it is broadcast by CBS Sports announcers such as Jim Nantz, Billy Packer and Bill Raftery.
Beginning March 17th, NCAA March Madness on Demand, powered by CSTV.com, will provide the most personalized, interactive online experience of any sporting event.
CBS SportsLine.com, a leading Internet sports media organization and a division of CBS Sports, has the rights to produce, host and manage the official NCAA Championship Web site, NCAASports.com, as well as the Internet rights to the Division I Men's Basketball Championship and 87 other championships.
NCAA March Madness on Demand, powered by CSTV.com, will offer live and on-demand streaming video of up to the first 56 NCAA Tournament games on an out-of-market basis, through the regional semi-finals, and will also feature streaming video of interviews and pre-and post-game press conferences, in addition to video highlights. Webcasts of games broadcast by CBS Sports in fans' local markets will be subject to blackouts.

Subscription packages are priced at $19.95. Fans purchasing subscriptions by February 8 will receive a 50% discount. Fans can log on to CSTV.com, CBS SportsLine.com and NCAASports.com for additional NCAA March Madness on Demand, powered by CSTV.com, subscription information.
NCAA March Madness on Demand, powered by CSTV.com, marks an expansion of CSTV's partnership with CBS Sports, the exclusive broadcaster of the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship. The existing CSTV-CBS Sports partnership has included CSTV's production and telecast of the official nightly NCAA Men's Basketball Championship highlight show, and CSTV's exclusive telecast of 11 NCAA Championships, including five men's and women's lacrosse championships, the women's hockey Frozen Four, field hockey, water polo and Division III men's and women's basketball.
In addition to its live video coverage of the tournament, CSTV.com will provide:
- live graphic game summaries through its exclusive GameTracker Live
- access to the Official NCAA tournament brackets and scoreboards from NCAASports.com
- access to the latest news, information and expert analysis on CSTV.com, and its network of more than 170 official athletic sites for colleges such as Illinois, Duke, North Carolina, Stanford and Notre Dame
CSTV will also produce the official NCAA men's basketball tournament DVD, available within its CSTV.com store.
