Sports to become an official NCAA Corporate Partner. The overall
agreement includes marketing rights to 88 NCAA championships conducted
annually in more than 700 locations across the United States in 23
sports, a comprehensive media package on CBS Sports for NCAA March
Madness®, NCAA Football and other NCAA related programming and an
Internet component on www.ncaasports.com.

promotion surrounding the 2006 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball
Championship, which includes NCAA March Madness. Prizes include trips
to the 2006 and 2007 Men’s Final Four®, HDTVs, CompUSA gift
certificates and official 2006 Men’s Final Four hats.
