INDIANAPOLIS---The NCAA has expanded its relationship with PrimeSport, a RazorGator company, its Official Ticket and Hospitality Package Provider for the 2008 Men's Final Four. The 2008 Men's Final Four will be held April 5 and 7 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

As an expansion to the relationship, PrimeSport also will offer packages to the four regionals of the 2008 Division I Men's Basketball Championship. Scheduled to be held March 27 through March 30 in Charlotte, Detroit, Houston and Phoenix, regional packages will include game tickets and access to the NCAA's Official Fan Hospitality events held pregame at each of the regional venues.

The NCAA has further expanded its partnership with PrimeSport through the newly established School Experience Hospitality Program. Through this program, PrimeSport will provide the four schools participating in the 2008 Men's Final Four with turn-key hospitality to entertain fans, alumni and other groups associated with each institution. Each event will include a standard hospitality package that will then be customized as desired by each individual school.

PrimeSport will continue to work closely with the NCAA to help meet the needs of the NCAA membership, its basketball fans and other groups and organizations with complete hospitality packages and with providing NCAA colleges and universities, fans and organizations the guarantee that they are securing official NCAA Men's Final Four ticket and hospitality packages. PrimeSport will work directly with fans to provide an experience at the 2008 Men's Final Four that is comparable to sanctioned hospitality programs available at major national sporting events. PrimeSport packages will include tickets, hospitality, hotel accommodations, transportation, planning, catering, sales, entertainment, dcor and other event management needs.

"There is so much excitement around the Men's Final Four. We are thrilled to have expanded this relationship to the regional levels and to customize an event for each of the schools. We will continue to provide fans with once-in-a-lifetime experiences in a way they can trust," states Jeff Lapin, CEO of PrimeSport.

PrimeSport, along with its principle company RazorGator, will continue to provide services that address the problem that many fans attending the Men's Final Four have faced in the pastthe unauthorized sale of tickets by fans whose teams do not progress beyond the first day of the Men's Final Four. Through its Fan2Fan Ticket Exchange Program, RazorGator and PrimeSport will manage the reselling of Men's Final Four game tickets online, providing fans who are unable to use their tickets an authorized method in which to sell them.

"The NCAA Men's Final Four is a premier sporting event and we want to continue to provide our membership, as well as fans and businesses, with a first-class hospitality experience and give them peace of mind that the tickets they have are legitimate," said Greg Shaheen, senior vice-president for basketball and business strategies. "We're happy to continue working with PrimeSport to now expand that same kind of experience to the regional sites of the NCAA tournament. The Fan2Fan Ticket Exchange for the Men's Final Four again will be an added benefit because fans who may not have been able to secure tickets to the championship games will now have a second opportunity to purchase official NCAA tickets. Based on our first year's experience in 2007, we're looking forward to working with PrimeSport to again provide the NCAA's fans with the professionalism to make the hospitality and Fan2Fan Exchange process seamless, which results in a positive fan experience," Shaheen said.

For further information regarding the NCAA's Men's Final Four and Men's Regional Hospitality packages, fans can visit ncaasports.com/hospitality or ncaasports.com/regionals respectively, or call PrimeSport at 800.591.9198.

The NCAA entered into an agreement with PrimeSport in 2007 to protect NCAA interests and further its branding surrounding the Division I Men's Basketball Championship; to reinforce efforts to preserve the integrity of the championship; and to eliminate unauthorized third-party profit on the tournament, which reduces revenue for all NCAA member colleges and universities. The NCAA returns approximately 94 cents of every dollar to its member schools, which includes revenue generated from tournament ticket sales.
