INDIANAPOLIS---The
National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics Committee announced today the
selection of the Women’s Gymnastics Regional sites for 2008 and 2009 as
well as the sites for the 2009 and 2010 NCAA championships.
The
2008 regional competition will be held Saturday, April 12 and the 2009
competition on Saturday, April 4 at the following sites:

The
2009 National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics Championships will be held
April 16-18 at the Bob Devaney Sports Center in Lincoln, Nebraska and
will be hosted by the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. The Huskers
last hosted the events in 2003.
The 2010
National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics Championships will head to
Gainesville, Florida, April 22-24, where the University of Florida will
serve as host and competition conducted at the O’Connell Center.

for both the regionals and national championships, each presenting
exciting opportunities for future participants,” said Christie Purks,
chair of the Women’s Gymnastics Committee, and Associate Director of
Event Management at the University of Georgia.

are on sale now for the 2008 National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics
Championships, April 24-26 in Athens, Georgia and hosted by the
