Eric Kelderman’s story “Biden, Picked for International Expertise, Is Familiar With College Issues” in the August 25, 2008 edition of the Chronicle of Higher Education, incorrectly refers to the “NCAA’s Bowl Championship Series”.  In fact, the Bowl Championship Series is an independent organization and the NCAA does not administer or control the BCS in any way.
