Despite recent media reports to the contrary, the NCAA has not ruled on a potential secondary violation involving University of Connecticut freshman Maya Moore. While the NCAA has worked cooperatively with the university, the institution has not yet filed the appropriate documents necessary for the Association to process this case. The university has acknowledged that a member of the coaching staff impermissibly arranged for Moore to be granted a tour of ESPN studios and that such an arrangement is not available to the general public.
