LOS ANGELES, CA (February 10, 2009) – PrimeSport, a subsidiary of RazorGator and an industry leader in Hard-to-Get® ticket packages for sports and entertainment events, announced today that it has signed a multi-year extension with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) to continue as the organization’s official Men’s Final Four® Fan2Fan Ticket Exchange and Ticket & Hospitality Package Provider.

PrimeSport has been a multi-sport partner of the NCAA for two years, serving as the official Ticket & Hospitality Package Provider of the Division I Men’s Basketball Championship, including first- and second- rounds, regionals, and Men’s Final Four, along with the Women’s Final Four®. Through this arrangement, PrimeSport provides fans with game tickets along with access to official NCAA pregame hospitality events hosted and managed by PrimeSport on behalf of the NCAA.

“As demand for tickets to the NCAA basketball championships continues to grow, the opportunity to offer ways for our fans to access sanctioned ticket and hospitality offerings has been a priority,” commented Greg Shaheen, NCAA senior vice-president for basketball and business strategies. “Extending our working relationship with PrimeSport assures that demand will be met with the confidence and quality our fans demand.”

In addition, the official NCAA Fan2Fan Ticket Exchange powered by RazorGator protects fans against the unauthorized sale of NCAA tickets, allowing March Madness fans to buy and sell Men’s Final Four tickets online in a guaranteed, safe, and convenient environment. Ticket holders who are unable to attend the Final Four or find their team eliminated from the tournament, have a place to safely sell their tickets and the buyer, in turn, can be assured that they are authentic and guaranteed.

“Continuing our PrimeSport and RazorGator partnership with the NCAA builds upon our reputation as being the best marketplace for fans looking for an unforgettable experience at the Men’s Final Four,” said Jeff Lapin, Chief Executive Officer of RazorGator. “For every person selling a ticket, there is another fan that is ecstatic to buy one and see their team play. We are thrilled to continue to serve as the only ticket company supported by the NCAA.”

PrimeSport will provide fans with hospitality packages to all the 2009 Regional sites, including Boston (East Regional), Glendale/Phoenix (West Regional), Memphis (South Regional) and Indianapolis (Midwest Regional), as well as the Final Four in Detroit. Packages can include game tickets, hospitality and hotel accommodations and are available at www.ncaa.com/mffpackages. Women’s Final Four packages to St. Louis are available at www.ncaa.com/wffpackages.

For just tickets, the official Fan2Fan Ticket Exchange site is www.ncaa.com/fan2fan.
