Tickets Still Available for 2010 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship First/Second Round and Regional Games

INDIANAPOLIS--- Basketball fans planning to attend first- and second-round and regional games of the 2010 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship still have an opportunity to purchase tickets at many of the preliminary sites.

First- and second-round games take place March 18-21, 2010.   Tickets are available for purchase at the following locations (host institutions in parentheses):

  • New Orleans, La. – New Orleans Arena – March 18 & 20  (Tulane University)
  • San Jose, Calif. – HP Pavilion at San Jose – March 18 & 20   (San Jose State University)
  • Buffalo, N.Y.  – HSBC Arena   - March 19 & 21    (Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference/Canisius/ Niagara)
  • Jacksonville, Fla. – Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena – March 19 & 21  (Jacksonville University)
  • Oklahoma City, Okla. – Ford Center – March 19 & 21   (Big 12 Conference)

Regional games take place March 25-28, 2010.   Tickets are available for purchase at the following regional locations (host institutions in parentheses): 

  • East Regional – Syracuse, N.Y. – Carrier Dome – March 25 & 27 (Syracuse University)
  • Midwest Regional  - St. Louis, Mo. – Edward Jones Dome –  March 26 & 28 (Missouri Valley Conference)
  • South Regional – Houston, Texas – Reliant Stadium - March 26 & 28  (University of Houston/Rice University)

Tickets for the first- and second-round games in Milwaukee (Bradley Center), in Providence, R.I. (Dunkin’ Donuts Center), in Spokane, Wash. (Veterans Memorial Arena) and for the West Regional in Salt Lake City (Energy Solutions Arena) are sold out.   Tickets for the 2010 NCAA Men’s Final Four in Indianapolis at Lucas Oil Stadium on April 3 and 5 are also sold out.
