Tickets Remain for 2010 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship First/Second Round and Regional Games

INDIANAPOLIS---Basketball fans are encouraged to purchase tickets if planning to attend first- and second-round and regional games of the 2010 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship.   A few preliminary-round sites still have tickets available before the team selections are announced this Sunday.

First- and second-round games take place March 18-21, 2010.   Tickets are available for purchase at the following locations (host institutions in parentheses):

Regional-round games take place March 25-28, 2010.   Tickets are available for purchase at the following regional locations (host institutions in parentheses): 

Tickets for the first- and second-round games in Buffalo, N.Y. (HSBC Arena), Milwaukee (Bradley Center), Providence, R.I. (Dunkin’ Donuts Center) and Spokane, Wash. (Veterans Memorial Arena), and for the West Regional in Salt Lake City (Energy Solutions Arena) are sold out.   Tickets for the 2010 NCAA Men’s Final Four in Indianapolis at Lucas Oil Stadium on April 3 and 5 are also sold out. 

Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets at www.ncaa.com/mbbtickets or to call 1-877-NCAA-TIX (622-2849) if they need more information.    Fans are always encouraged to purchase tickets through NCAA approved sources to protect themselves from fraudulent ticket sales.    General information on the 2010 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship and Final Four can also be found at www.ncaa.com/finalfour.
