Application for Largest Number of Public Tickets of Any National Championship now available for next year’s event at Reliant Stadium in Houston

First Time Application for up to four tickets will draw heightened interest

INDIANAPOLIS---The ticket application process for the 2011 NCAA Men’s Final Four in Houston has opened through May 31, 2010 or until 20,000 applications have been submitted, whichever comes first.

Fans who want to apply for tickets to the 2011 Men’s Final Four are encouraged to submit their application for tickets via www.ncaa.com.   The 2011 Men’s Final Four will be played in Reliant Stadium.   All –session tickets are $200 for lower -level and mid-level behind the basket, $180 for upper-level sideline and $160 for upper-level behind the basket, and will admit the bearer to the national semifinals on Saturday, April 2, 2011 and the national championship game on Monday, April 4, 2011.  The University of Houston and Rice University are the host institutions.  

The general public allocation will include tickets in the lower level of the stadium and for the first time in history, fans can apply for up to four tickets. 

Only one properly submitted application per individual/household will be accepted for inclusion in the NCAA’s ticket selection process. The NCAA will use a random, selection process to determine successful Men’s Final Four recipients in July 2010.  Those individuals selected to receive tickets will be notified by the end of August.   Individuals not selected to receive tickets will receive a refund of the full application deposit amount by August. Men’s Final Four tickets may not be offered as a prize in a promotion, sweepstakes or contest, or auctioned for fundraising purposes unless authorized in advance by the NCAA.

  • East Regional – Syracuse, N.Y. – Carrier Dome – March 25 & 27 (Syracuse University)
  • Midwest Regional  - St. Louis, Mo. – Edward Jones Dome –  March 26 & 28 (Missouri Valley Conference)
  • South Regional – Houston, Texas – Reliant Stadium - March 26 & 28  (University of Houston/Rice University)

Tickets for the 2010 West Regional in Salt Lake City and the 2010 NCAA Men’s Final Four in Indianapolis on April 3 and 5 are sold out. 

Fans are always encouraged to purchase tickets through NCAA approved sources to protect themselves from fraudulent ticket sales.  General information on the 2010 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship and Final Four can also be found at www.ncaa.com.
