With the popularity of NCAA March Madness growing each year, fans excitedly seek tickets to support their teams and follow the inevitable Cinderella story of the year.  As the official ticket and hospitality package provider for the 2011 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship, PrimeSport is assisting the NCAA in offering tickets and hospitality to all regional games to be played March 24-27 in Newark, New Orleans, San Antonio and Anaheim.

“Our priority has long been to ensure our fans have the best experience at tournament games through the Men’s Final Four,” said Greg Shaheen, interim executive vice president for championships and alliances.  “Providing access to a sanctioned ticket and hospitality provider in PrimeSport, which also allows fans the opportunity to sell their tickets if they can’t use them for any reason, is a safe choice for anyone who plans to attend the games.   It’s fun to watch student-athletes compete each week, so we want to make sure the overall experience is enjoyable for fans as well.”

As the teams advance to the regional rounds, the excitement builds and ticket demand grows. PrimeSport is the only provider that can offer guaranteed seat locations, official hospitality and the assurance of buying directly from the NCAA’s only approved ticket and hospitality package provider.  Fans who purchase packages to any of the regional rounds will receive a game ticket for the Thursday and Saturday games or the Friday and Sunday games, as well as access to the Official Pregame hospitality event 90 minutes prior to tip-off.  This unique hospitality will feature live entertainment, snacks and beverages, and opportunities to meet NCAA basketball legends.

In addition, PrimeSport is the official provider of the NCAA’s Fan2Fan Ticket Exchange that allows fans to buy and sell tickets online to every round of the 2011 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship in a convenient, safe, and guaranteed environment.  Ticket holders who are unable to attend their games or who find their team eliminated prior to the final rounds of the tournament, have a place to safely sell their tickets, and the buyer, in turn, can be assured that the tickets are authentic and guaranteed.

“Through our partnership with the NCAA, we can offer tickets that you can’t get anywhere else,” said Sam Soni, President of PrimeSport.  “Fans and companies can enjoy the games knowing they have secure tickets, and are buying directly from the NCAA’s only approved ticket and hospitality package provider.”
